Why We Care

We are so excited to be hosting a race for the kids in the Richmond area. As former owners of The Pediatric Connection, taking care of kids is what we do. By raising money for Fit4Kids,  we are helping fund the fight for kids to eat healthy and stay active in our community.

We can't do this alone - we need your help!

You can make a difference for kids in RVA  through sponsorships, contributions, volunteering for the event or by walking/running with us  on Saturday, November 3, 2018.

We look forward to seeing everyone on the course (Beth will be walking, Bruce will be running) and afterwards for post-race festivities.

Don't miss this fun event!

Benefiting Richmond Fit4Kids

A Very Special Employee

While our goal is to benefit Fit4Kids, we also want to run in honor of a very special employee there. Cynthia Piazza is one of Fit4Kids Wellness Integrators and has a huge heart for kids. She is a long-time teacher and brings an incredible energy to everything she does - including running 29 marathons!  We want to support Cynthia  as she is currently battling brain cancer. Cynthia ran in our race two years ago and won her age division. She is an avid runner and we couldn’t think of a better way to say thank you and honor Cynthia’s work with children in our community than to run in her honor!
